Welhossa Terms for PawsGuardian
These terms are for Welhossa, the registered business that operates PawsGuardian at www.pawsguardian.app. They cover owner signup, email confirmation, and the $5 lifetime pet ID. Owner accounts are limited to people 18 or older. Finders do not need an account, but they must confirm they are 18 or older before using private chat.
Age requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older to create a PawsGuardian owner account or to use private chat. This keeps minors from messaging a stranger about a found pet. Checking the 18+ box is a required attestation. It is not government ID verification.
How PawsGuardian contacts you
PawsGuardian does not send text messages. Confirmation codes and Lost Mode notices are sent by email. Optional lock-screen push may also be used if you enable it. A phone number on the account is optional and is never used to send texts. Welhossa does not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Lifetime pet ID fee
Each registered pet ID includes one free month so you can try Lost Mode. After that it is a one-time $5 USD payment for the life of that unique ID. We email you when the $5 is due. We do not charge a card unless you choose to pay. Finder tools stay free. Lost Mode and photo matching pause after the free month until that ID is paid.
